Extended Systems Intelligence is adding Illia Artiukh as Co-Founder | Head of Engineering, expanding the founding leadership team as XSI moves from architectural proof into a broader phase of product engineering and deployment.

Illia joins Rhyan J. Neble, Founder & CEO | Head of Technology, and Priscilla Berarducci, Co-Founder | Head of Marketing & Brand. The structure reflects three responsibilities that have to move together at this stage of the company: technology direction, engineering execution, and market communication.

Founding leadership responsibilities
The founding roles connect technology direction, engineering delivery and market communication.

Illia's background spans software delivery, engineering coordination, business systems, and customer implementation. At Mobilunity, he managed development roadmaps across multiple software products, coordinated development teams and clients, planned and distributed development work, worked closely with QA, supported onboarding, participated in risk assessment, and reviewed technical and customer-facing documentation.

He also spent several years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including installation and configuration, custom business-solution design, process customization, data maintenance, administration, training, and data migration. Earlier work included customer discovery, proof-of-concept environments, technical support, documentation, and presentations.

His technical experience includes TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Git, GitHub, Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and front-end development, supplemented by recent full-stack development training.

At XSI, Illia's role is to help turn systems architecture into production software: implementation, integration, engineering coordination, quality discipline, interfaces, and the practical work required to make infrastructure deployable.
